Rare vintage Nomar cast iron cocotte, part of the Staub group, made in France. Beautiful mustard yellow enamel with stunning retro floral folk pattern, very representative of the 1970s French cookware design. This large oval cocotte comes with its original lid. Heavy quality cast iron with white enamel interior. Perfect for slow cooking, roasting or as a beautiful decorative farmhouse kitchen piece. Approximate dimensions: 29 cm with handles. Vintage condition with light signs of use and some small enamel marks on the edges consistent with age, but overall very well preserved. A rare and highly collectible piece for lovers of vintage French cookware, Staub, Cousances and Le Creuset style items.
